Our Process

Here is a brief demonstration of the systematic approach we like to take when working on projects.

We can see projects through from conception to completion and everything in between. With a mix of kiwi ingenuity and sourced components, we create unique, customised solutions at an economic cost.

  • Step 1. Concepts & Ideas

With your requirements in mind, UPO sets about designing concepts that will exceed your expectations.

An experienced design team will work together with you to gather all relevant information and ideas which will culminate in our conceptual design. Taking into consideration budget constraints, UPO's efficient design process will be able to develop concepts with inbuilt cost savings through smart use of materials and labour.

After absorbing any questions and comments, the design team will work through to a final design for your satisfactory approval.

  • Step 1. Design

  • Step 2. Design & Development

The concepts you wish to develop further, (after the initial research gathering by UPO), are then developed out for you to see your ideas become a reality.

Your design can be shown in full 3D or you can see your product or fixtures displayed in its intended use to demonstrate the impact they will have once installed.

Once you have seen and approved the final look, UPO is ready to have your designs manufactured.

  • Step 2. Model

  • Step 3. Manufacturing & Supply

With manufacturing partners locally, nationally and from offshore, UPO has developed a capacity to handle any size job to any required delivery time.

If it's a National Rollout for rebranding an entire department store or a requirement for prongs for a small retail shop, nothing is outside our capabilities to assist our wide variety of valued clientele.

From MDF to Steel, from Acrylic to Glass, Stainless Steel to Powder Coat, no material or finish for your designs are out of reach. Think of UPO as your one stop shop for all your retail fittings and displays.

UPO's large warehouse facility also gives them the ability to store volumes of your product for quick and easy supply one time for when you need it.

We know how critical it is for you when you need to display new product, open a retail store, launch a new brand or rollout a new look throughout the country, so it is important that timeframes are drawn up and your delivery dates are met.

With a network of transport companies to call on, UPO can deliver your products and designs throughout New Zealand, thus ensuring the project is completed on time and to meet your expectations of a high quality product.
